Visit to St Anthony Centre

Manchester Civic Society is pleased to invite you to a special visit to the St Antony Centre in Trafford Park, combining a formal talk with a guided walk around this important historic site.

The visit will focus on the centre’s tin tabernacle, built in 1903 to support the growing local community during the period when industrial Manchester and the docks were thriving. Today, the St Antony Centre continues to play a vital role as a lively community support hub.

The visit will include a formal talk, a walk around the site, and tea and biscuits.
